What Is "My Account"?

You can create an online account - called My Account - to manage your order information for all Intuit products, including TurboTax, Quicken, and QuickBooks. With My Account, you can:

  • Check out quickly.
  • Track your orders.
  • Access your product download files.
  • Maintain your address and credit card information.
  • Manage your TurboTax Automatic Renewal enrollment.
  • Access your prior return in the TurboTax vault (TurboTax Online).

Click a link below:

Create My Account
  1. Click here to access the Account Setup page.
  2. Enter your billing, shipping, and account information.
  3. Click Create Account (at the bottom of the page).
  4. When the Account Confirmation page appears, click Continue.

Access My Account
  1. Click here to access the Sign In to My Account page.
  2. Click View/Edit Account.
  3. Type your user ID and password, and then click Sign In.

Update My Account
  1. Click here to access the Sign In to My Account page.
  2. Click View/Edit Account.
  3. Type your user ID and password, and then click Sign In.

Update My Account E-mail Address

If you can access your account follow these instructions:

  1. Click here to access the Sign In to My Account page.
  2. Click View/Edit Account.
  3. Type your user ID and password, and then click Sign In.
  4. Now update the E-mail field under Account Information and click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.

If you cannot access your account follow these instructions:

Go to the E-mail Change Request screen and be ready to provide the following:

  • TurboTax Online User ID
  • Old e-mail address
  • New e-mail address
  • Mailing address
  • Daytime phone number
  • One of the following via fax or digital scan:
    • Driver's License; or
    • Military ID; or
    • Notarized document with your name and address.

You will receive an e-mail verification when the e-mail address associated with your TurboTax Online account has been changed. (If you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us.)
